Time Flew + Free Workshops + Life in Sweden

We've missed you!
Our last (monthly!?) newsletter went out in April. Truth be told, we'd rather send you an occasional newsletter packed with goodness than more frequent ones that clutter your Inbox. But... where did all that time go?
Making an international move with a family takes lots of work.
Hej Hej from Sweden! We'll be here living, playing and working 'til August 2018. And we'll find some gems about how to lean into light in especially dark places. A cold, rainy, dark and windy phase is coming riiiight up!
Sure is gorgeous here, the way the light plays on the water. So much water.

Good things happen when we let go.
When it comes to what we do in the world -- for work, creatively -- it has been said we've all got "one thing." I don't know if I agree with that... humans are pretty darn talented. Still, I do know Leaning into Light touches the essence of what I'm here to do. It is my dream to highlight brilliant people who are gifted in supporting others to lean into light in life, and share them with the world.
Once the intense jet lag lifted, I exhaled and decided to let go of charging money for workshops. Giving things away feels good!
Every month, we now feature one free recorded workshop to help you amp-up the light in your life. Sometimes it's me alone; usually I feature special guests for a lively conversation you can listen to in the kitchen, your car, on the beach or the new Smart Train.
September's almost over, so if you want our free 30-minute workshop on Love in Letters: Reviving the Art of Written Correspondence, grab it now.
Our free October workshop features special guest Heidi Grainger-Russell, instructor with Hand in Hand Parenting, on the topic Navigating Relationships During the Holidays. Not easy terrain, and Heidi offers-up some great, simple tools.

Moving from Ego to Soul
Much has been said of Intellectual Intelligence (IQ), and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). What about Spiritual Intelligence (SQ)?
This summer I was invited to guest blog for the internationally renowned spiritual retreat center, Findhorn Foundation. Oh, glee! My first piece is How to Move from Ego to Soul: Spiritual Intelligence.

What?! You're moving across the world, too?
Here's a piece I wrote on Supporting Children Through a Big Move, published in The Natural Parent magazine New Zealand. It's loaded with tips for parents that can also be used for those moving without kids.
And yes, wearing shiny -- comfortable! -- shoes and hearts on your knees can be helpful.
And that's a wrap!
From our car-free life -- living another dream! -- on buses, trains ferries and these marvelous gifts we call legs, to you, wherever you are on this vivacious, evergiving giving planet. THANK YOU for choosing to lean into light.
Love,
Jessica
