Family Road Trip + Recovering from Diabetes

Headaches ate my writing. 

Zero kidding. Life's rigor has been up to my eyelashes with a 50-day headache that included a 4-day migraine, then the flu, pinworms from my daughter, a monthlong cough, a 15-day headache, and... what writing? Screen time hurts.  

Writing letters is therapy, but writing my blog during all this rigor has been nowhere near a priority. Every day though, articles write themselves within me.

It feels good to be here today.
