Be honest with yourself. What do you really want to do, that scares you?
For some, it’s skydiving. For others, it’s quitting a job that’s killing your soul, even when you’re unsure if there’s something better out there. For some, it’s surrendering fully to see through divinity’s eyes. Or declining medication to treat a symptom in your body that you want to address at its root.
I’m not talking about doing things that scare us just because they’re scary. This world is full of unappealing thrills.
I’m asking — what would you do if you were honoring your fullest aliveness, yet you’re afraid to do it? When you seriously consider doing it, stepping toward it, you get chills all over.
Broken record here —
Fear is an invitation to feel and see more Love.
However frail, depressed or disempowered you might feel, there is, inside of you, bravery that has been waiting to burst. Close your eyes and tune inwardly to the free-spirited, full permission part of you that knows life is only now. Tomorrow’s never guaranteed.
What would you do if you were fully, authentically, radically alive?
The essence of who you are can never be threatened.
Nothing real can be threatened, as written in A Course in Miracles. Yet our smaller self, ego perception, feels threatened when we are brave. The voice of fear wants us to keep feeding it, not remembering the Love we are.
Let’s not demonize fear; it isn’t wrong. It is simply an invitation, a sign, that there is more Love for us to live.
Our full aliveness is glaringly needed in these times. Fear and pain are surfaced on this planet like we’ve never seen before. We are being called to speak up, not to tolerate, pretend or shrink.
How will you choose to step into the electricity that is waiting to shoot through your body? It’s not about what other people think you should do; it’s about listening within, to find the thrill your being wants most.
That’s the kind of yes that brings humanity to life — so we die without regrets.
Loving others is a joy. Loving ourselves is a joy. Loving fear is electrifying.
That is the yes you are worthy of living.

Kind words are one of the greatest gifts we receive when we choose to do brave things.
Yesterday during a moment of self doubt, I reached out to express gratitude to someone who’s helping to make this show happen. Her response helped me remember that our courageous choices create positive ripples far beyond ourselves.
“There are so many people/women out there who dream about doing what you are doing but never dared to meet their dreams in reality. You are a symbol of what can be done with a little courage that is allowed to grow…”
